The last thing you want to worry about on your big day is if everything is going OK.   You should be concentrating on getting ready, being with friends and family, and yes, even relaxing!

How is that possible?  You need a Coordinator!

I added this service after being at several weddings where I saw the brides running around taking care of tasks rather than celebrating.    Having years of event management experience, and now with almost 10 years of wedding experience, it is a natural extension of our services.  In my volunteer work, since 2008, I have planned and hosted a benefit dinner and silent auction annually.  So I basically plan my own “wedding” yearly.  I understand what you are going through.   And in order to help me, I have added an assistant who has years in the catering business.  Together we can help take stress off your (and your friends/family’s) shoulders!

What I provide as your Coordinator?

We will be available for the whole day of your wedding.  This will help take pressure off of you as the bridal couple, and add piece of mind knowing someone is there to make sure things are being taken care of.
2 in-person meetings in order for us to have all the details and to provide advice. These meetings include talking about timing, vendors, set-up, rehearsal etc.  We are also available via phone/email for questions.  We also provide some tips, tricks, and pieces of advice if you want them!
Venue Visit If needed, we can come with you for a walk through of your venue so we are familiar with it and we can get all our questions asked.  (If we have been there, we may not have to do this part.)  This can be used for one of those meetings.
Assist with Timeline.  We will help you create a time line for the day to make things run as smooth as possible.
Communicate with vendors.  About a week prior, we will be in touch with all your vendors to introduce who they will be working with and let them know they can contact us first with questions.  This greatly reduces the questions you will be juggling on your wedding day.
Organize Google Drive Folder online for digital storage. You can share this with your vendors, bridesmaids, Mom, friends.   Keep important documents, pictures, contracts etc. and it will help you keep it all organized!
Provide an itinerary for bridal party and vendors so they are well informed of times and locations. This will be provided ahead of time to each member of the bridal party, including parents, and others involved in your big day via email.    We can also provide printed copies if needed.
We will be your point person the day of the wedding.  We can communicate with vendors, be at the wedding location to accept flowers, make sure decorations are set up correctly, and take care of other last minute details.   We can also be the person for your bridal party to contact in case of emergency.
Day of you get 2 of us!  We will work together the day of the wedding so no worries that things will be done in a timely manner.
Basic Set up of ceremony and reception.   We will set up centerpieces, escort cards, gift tables at the reception site and simple decorations at reception site and ceremony site.  If your decorations are extensive, we can bring in additional help for an additional fee or recommend a decorator.
We will stay at the wedding reception to make sure DJ, photographer and venue employees are kept informed of activities.  This is important to keep the flow of the wedding moving, let the DJ know when you want to do special dances, and such.
We will attend your rehearsal.   This is very important even if I am not the officiant.  This gives me a chance to meet your bridal party and to see the layout of your venue.
I can still be your Officiant.  See above what that includes.   Pricing will depend on details of the wedding.  I do discount the officiant package if you book me for both, and my assistant will be there to help with the bridal party for the processional.

Pricing

So, I know, you are wondering, this sounds great.  But how much does this cost?

We try to keep my our coordination pricing as reasonable as possible.  We like to work with couples who are planning their big day themselves but just need some extra help as it gets close and the day of to make the day as easy for you as possible!

The package is  approximately $1000 ($1200 if you need us to stay to pack up your items.)
I do discount if you hire me as your officiant and your coordinator.
If we need to bring in additional help, the price will be adjusted.  This will be determined once we know what your needs are.

This package can be adjusted up or down depending on needs.
